We would like to take this opportunity to endorse Connie Bennett-Martin for Fort Myers City Council – Ward 4. We’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Connie over the last four years. We have found her to be incredibly resourceful, compassionate, fiscally responsible, creative in her thinking, honest and sincere.

This is a woman who never stops doing for others. She has lifetime of nonprofit and public service. She has a keen eye to what are top priorities for southwest Florida’s needs. And… has the fortitude to work extraordinarily hard to get the job done!

Most importantly on her list of top issues is southwest Florida Water quality and environmental protection!! Something vitally important for our natural resources and in kind protecting our tourism dollars.

She is equally focused on neighborhood safety, protecting property values, along with meeting the needs of our growing infrastructure with responsible planning for future growth.

She is highly committed to the betterment of our overall community with strong roots here in Lee County. That includes vigilantly protecting the collective health of our citizens as we navigate new challenges posed by COVID-19.

We encourage you to consider Connie in the upcoming election. Southwest Florida would be the winner with Connie representing our best interests and we all would be lucky to have her and her perspective on the city council.
